During my recent transit in Lyons-la-Foret, I had the pleasure of staying at La Gaudiniere Bed & Breakfast. As a frequent traveler, I appreciated the convenience of this property being located near two key transportation hubs. The nearest airport is just 47 km away, ensuring a quick and hassle-free journey for those flying in or out. the Rouen-Rive-Droite Train Station is a mere 21 miles from the accommodation, making it a convenient choice for those relying on public transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming period property in a quiet and peaceful village. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious with many interesting features. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-managed and decorated with beautiful antiques. Additionally, the location was central to the village and allowed for easy exploration of the surrounding area. The breakfast provided was nice and fresh, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

The pillows provided in the room are slightly flat, which may not be comfortable for some guests.

I stayed in a charming 17th-century building full of interesting antiques. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax. The breakfast was delicious, especially the à la carte options.

Oh, and the bathroom across a small landing was just so convenient, I loved the extra exercise.

Parking was conveniently located across the street, and the village was absolutely picturesque, with plenty of historic properties to explore. A great choice for a memorable stay.
